When you book directly through our website, you are booking directly with us as the owners of Casa Blanca. You have personal contact with us, can easily ask questions via WhatsApp, and receive the same personal service and local support during your stay. Additionally, with a direct booking, you do not pay any service or booking fees from Airbnb or Booking.com, allowing us to offer you an attractive direct price. Prefer to book via a trusted booking platform? No problem: Casa Blanca is also available on Airbnb and Booking.com. So you choose the booking method that suits you best.
The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people and a baby. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For a baby, a baby cot (can be booked separately), high chair, and baby tableware are available, among other things.
Yes, dogs are very welcome at Casa Blanca. We have dog bowls, a dog cushion, and a protective blanket for the sofa, among other things. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to stay with one or more dogs.
Yes. Free parking is available in the vicinity of the apartment, and Casa Blanca also has its own private parking space.
The beaches of Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa can be reached by car in about 10–15 minutes. La Zenia Boulevard and various golf courses are also about a 10–15 minute drive away.
Yes. A supermarket is located about a 3-minute walk away, and various restaurants, bars, a bakery, and other local shops are also within walking distance.
Yes. There is air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, and there is fast Wi-Fi in the apartment.
The rental price of Casa Blanca includes final cleaning, high-speed Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels. The use of the air conditioning, the swimming pool and children’s pool, the private parking space, and the BBQ is also included in the price.
In addition, electricity consumption of up to 80 kWh per week is included. This is more than sufficient for normal use. Only if more electricity is used during the stay, the costs for the additional consumption will be charged separately.
Are you travelling with a dog? A surcharge of €40 per stay applies. A baby cot is available for €20 per stay.

The nearest airport is Alicante Airport, approximately a 35-minute drive from Casa Blanca. The route is largely via the motorway, making the apartment easily and quickly accessible.
